Quality Inspection and Control
We have established a comprehensive quality inspection system that rigorously screens the physical properties of materials such as PC boards and aluminum alloy. Finished products undergo 24-hour water immersion testing, load-bearing testing, and extreme temperature/humidity testing to eliminate defective items from leaving the factory, ensuring every product meets our quality standards.

01 Mold

The factory possesses 19 sets of molds, capable of adjusting dimensions or optimizing structures as needed. This not only enables rapid customization response but also ensures seamless production handover, laying the foundation for efficient manufacturing.

02 Heat Softening

Tailored to the properties of polycarbonate (PC) material, the intelligent temperature-controlled equipment maintains precise temperature regulation within ±1°C. Combined with a circulating air curtain, it ensures uniform heating, preventing localized overheating and bubbling of PC sheets, as well as cracking due to uneven heating. This process guarantees stable physical properties of the sheets, providing a high-quality raw material foundation for subsequent molding operations.

03 Automated Mold Forming

Utilizing fully automated mold forming equipment, each PC forming plate is completed within 3 minutes. Real-time monitoring of temperature and pressure ensures dimensional accuracy with an error margin ≤0.5mm. Daily production capacity exceeds 1,000 units, effectively overcoming the low efficiency and poor precision associated with manual production while balancing both productivity and quality.

04 CNC Five-Axis Engraving

CNC five-axis engraving machines precisely reproduce textures and markings, achieving three times the efficiency of manual engraving. They eliminate issues such as inconsistent precision and irregular sealing grooves that cause air and water leakage in manual engraving, ensuring both product sealing integrity and aesthetic appeal.

05 Hardware Processing

We use aluminum alloy with a tensile strength of ≥200MPa, treated with a double galvanizing and plastic spraying process to prevent rust and loose connections. The finished product can withstand winds up to level 8, enhancing structural durability.

06 Assembly Process

Our assembly team undergoes 1,000 hours of specialized training and strictly follows standard operating manuals to minimize post-installation issues such as improper assembly and poor sealing. Standard products are assembled within 4 hours per unit, reducing assembly time while ensuring quality.
